RECOMMENDATIONS AND SOLUTIONS: * WE CALL ON THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION DIRECTED ALL DEPARTMENTS TO TAKE PUBLIC ALL OF THE METHODS AND WAYS OF PREVENTING THIS PHENOMENON (BEATING SCHOOL). * WE CALL ON THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION TO ENTER TEACHERS AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIONS COURSES AND WORKSHOPS ON THE PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD AND THE DOOR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN THE PERMANENT IRAQI CONSTITUTION AND TO EDUCATE EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL TO RESPECT HUMAN RIGHTS IN SCHOOL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF STAFF OF JURISTS APPOINTED TO THE STAFFING OF GENERAL DIRECTORATES IN THE TASK. * WE CALL ON THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SHOULD BE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS BY THE THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION TO PUNISH THE TEACHERS AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS WHO COMMIT VIOLENCE AGAINST STUDENTS, AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH ACADEMIC YEAR WILL BE CIRCULATED TO HELP ALL SCHOOLS TO PREVENT STUDENTS BEATEN IN THE CASE OF THE EXISTENCE OF SUCH PHENOMENON WILL BE PUNISHED, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIONS AND TEACHERS OF THE OFFENDER.
